Return Policy

Return period: You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be in original condition, unused and with tags attached.
• Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.

How to return:

1. Please contact us at info@molenhuismode.nl to register your return.
2. Please follow the instructions we give you for returning the product. This may involve returning the product to us or to the supplier.
3. Pack the items securely and add the returns form to the package (enclosed with your order).

Return address: Depending on the supplier, the return address may differ. We will provide you with the correct return address once you have registered your return.

Return costs: The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you used.
